Use of the website www.MyPetSitting.org (the "Site") operated by MyPetSitting requires your acceptance of the MyPetSitting Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy below. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of any website, mobile application or other online or mobile product or service (collectively, the “Services”) of MyPetSitting. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms, or any policy or guideline of our Services, at any time and in our sole discretion. If MyPetSitting makes changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, including by revising the date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy. Accordingly, you should frequently review these Terms and applicable policies and guidelines to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services.

All references to ‘our’, 'us' or 'we' within these Terms & Conditions refer to MyPetSitting. The terms 'you', 'your', 'yourself' means any person who accesses the Site, whether as a member, a registered user, or a non-registered guest. If you are using the Site’s services on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf and that such entity will be responsible for your violation of these Terms.
Failure to use our Services in accordance with these Terms may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services and may subject you to legal action by MyPetSitting and/or severe civil and/or criminal penalties.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how MyPetSitting collects, uses and discloses information about our members and registered users. In addition, by accessing or using our Services, you agree to adhere to the Site’s Guidelines and Recommendations.

2. WHAT IS MYPETSITTING?
MyPetSitting is a company based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Our Site is specialized for pets and pet owners around the world. It is a platform that enables registered users and members to consult or place classified ads, and members to exchange services in relation to their pets.
This platform provides the space where members can showcase their offers and needs for exchanging services with other members (by providing information on their listing and profile page).
By using the Site’s search criteria, all users may actively find classified ads. Members may also find other members for service exchanges. Each user or member is responsible for finding the ad or the exchange member(s) that suit their plans and needs. MyPetSitting does not interfere with the organization of service exchanges and assumes no liability arising therefrom. Notwithstanding, we reserve the right to cancel any user’s and member's account if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy.
3. USE OF THE SITE
We allow you to use information accessible on our Site, for a personal and non commercial use only. Your rights to access this information on our Site do not provide you with any right on content or information available on our Site. As a guest, registered user or member, you agree not to hold any right on the information, or part of the information available on our Site. Reproduction, transmission, or modification, under any form, of information available on our Site are strictly forbidden. There are three ways of using the Site.
3.1. As a non-registered guest you will be able to view a limited amount of information concerning member’s profiles and classified ads.
3.2. As a registered user, you will be able to insert classified ads that will be published on the Site, see ads published by other members or users and reply to them via the MyPetSitting internal messaging system. Registered users can access full information on members’ listings, but have limited access to members’ profile information, and will be unable to contact members or arrange service exchanges.
3.3. Members will have full access to both service exchanges and classified ads. They will have access to all registered users’ and other members’ listings, profile information, and will be able to contact registered users and other members via the MyPetSitting internal messaging system. In addition, members benefit from the MyPetSitting support, including the on-line Exchange Agreement Form, the Exchange Evaluation Form, as well as assistance from MyPetSitting representative(s).
4. HOW TO BECOME A REGISTERED USER
To become a MyPetSitting registered user it is necessary to register online providing required information.
5. HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
To become a MyPetSitting member it is necessary to register online, complete the two steps registration with the validation code sent by postal mail, and pay the appropriate one time subscription fee, as well as our annual fee.
6. HOW TO PLACE AND SEE CLASSIFIED ADS
Once you have become a MyPetSitting registered user or member, you can easily read and publish classified ads, by creating your ad or searching for ads using the Site’s advanced search criteria. You may connect with other registered users and members, send and receive messages with them using the MyPetSitting messaging system, without revealing your personal details. For each message received, an automatic notification will be sent to the email address you provide as your MyPetSitting login.
7. HOW TO EXCHANGE SERVICES
Once you have become a MyPetSitting member, you can easily exchange services.
• Create your listing: Provide information that other members can see, on services you will need and services you will offer to them. In order to guarantee the quality of our network and enable all members to find exchanges matching their criteria, your listing will be published as soon as it has met the MyPetSitting listing completion criteria.
• Search for services: Find other members in your area that match your needs, by using our advanced search criteria.
• Connect with other MyPetSitting members : Send and receive service requests using the MyPetSitting messaging system without revealing your personal email address. For each message received, an automatic notification will be sent to the email address you provide as your MyPetSitting login.
• Agree on the exchange: Discuss dates and all details with your exchange partner, then, when you are ready, use the on-line MyPetSitting Exchange Agreement form to confirm the exchange.
• Get ready and prepared, as described in the Exchange Guidelines and Recommendations and be reassured knowing your pet will be in the good hands of another MyPetSitting member like you!
8. RIGHTS OF THE MEMBERS
Members can exchange services as many times, with as many partners, and for as long as they want, during the validity of their MyPetSitting membership . Members have a personal listing page, using photos and text. Members can list as many pets as they wish at no extra cost. Members may receive exchange requests from other members, based on the information described in their profile and listing. If members move, loose a pet or acquire a new one, they can adapt their profile, listing and subscription anytime at no extra cost.
9. OBLIGATIONS OF ALL SITE USERS
All users must be of legal age in their country of residence and in the country from which they are accessing the Site. If you do not fall within this category, you may be in breach of laws or regulations applicable in your country of residence or in your country of access and you should leave the Site immediately.
Members’ and registered users’ service subscription is for their sole, personal use. Members and registered users may not authorize others to use their personal access information to the Site, and except as otherwise expressly authorized by Us in writing, they may not assign or otherwise transfer their account to any other person or entity.
Registering with your email address, you agree to create a unique password that you do not use with any other online product or service.
By registering for a profile, you further agree to (a) provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your profile information upon any changes; (c) maintain the security of your profile by protecting your password and restricting access to your profile; (d) promptly notify MyPetSitting if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Services; and (e) take responsibility for all activities that occur under your profile and accept all risks of any authorized or unauthorized access. Users and members will accurately describe their profile and exchange possibilities. This includes an accurate description of their pet(s), family, home, environment and availability.
Any photos posted must be of the member’s family and home, unless specifically indicated otherwise.
Omissions of relevant descriptions may be considered the same as an inaccurate description and subject the member or user to removal from the Site. Members will not provide false or misleading information to other members.
You will register with no more than one member or registered user’s account.
You will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsify or otherwise misrepresent themselves or their affiliation with any person or entity, whether by providing or omitting to provide information.
Members will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Site’s service exchanges portal, other than the posting of their profile and listing for free service exchanges or contacting other members to request or offer a free service. Postings shall not contain any type of advertising or solicitation other than an offer to exchange in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No inquiries or responses between members shall contain any type of advertising or solicitation other than discussions relating to service exchange related to a member’s pet(s) in accordance herewith.
Members will abide by the MyPetSitting Guidelines and Recommendations. Members will treat other members’ pets with care and respect. Members will notify their exchange partner of any accident, problem or illness of their pet, happening before or during the service exchange. Members will honor all obligations they make relative to the exchange.
Cancelling or otherwise changing the dates of the exchange can be permitted only under the most compelling circumstances. If members are forced to cancel or change the exchange, they will make every effort to otherwise accommodate or find a replacement solution for their exchange partner.
Members will not use this Site to violate any applicable law.
You will not upload or transmit any files that contain viruses, corrupted files, Trojan horses, malicious code, or any other similar software or programs that may harm the operation of another's computer or gain otherwise unauthorized access to the computer. You will assume all liability for use of any information they find on the Site .
You understand that MyPetSitting assumes no responsibility and in no way guarantees the accuracy of the information contained in any of the classified ads, members or users’ messages, profile or listings published in this Site.
You are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, rules and restrictions applicable, and safety compliance.
You acknowledge that features, parameters or other services provided by MyPetSitting may change at any time . You may not use any content from this Site for any solicitations or for any commercial use.
It is the responsibility of members to verify their own liability insurance coverage and the coverage provided by their exchange partner.
You acknowledge that we reserve the right to cancel any member's or user’s account if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy.
You agree that MyPetSitting may use the information provided in registered users and members’ profile, outside of its platform with the objective of bringing traffic to the site and increasing the possibility of service exchanges for all members in the community.
10. SUGGESTIONS SUBMISSION
Separate and apart from member ‘s profile and listing’s content, we welcome comments based on personal exchanges experience, and suggestions how to improve MyPetSitting and our Services (“Suggestions”). If you provide a Suggestion, whether by email or otherwise, you agree that it is non-confidential (unless we state otherwise in writing) and shall become the sole property of MyPetSitting. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of Suggestions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. You acknowledge that MyPetSitting is not obligated to provide acknowledgment or compensation to you in exchange for Suggestions.
11. RIGHT OF USER OR MEMBER TO TERMINATE
Members may “hide” or “unhide” their listing at any time and at no charge by logging in to their dashboard and choosing that option. Should you choose to terminate your membership or cancel your registered user’s profile, you may do so by choosing to cancel your membership or listing on your Site’s profile. Refunds will not be given when members terminate their membership.
12. MYPETSITTING’S LIABILITY
MyPetSitting is only responsible for publishing listings of its members on the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law we, our officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, hereby disclaim all liability for any loss, cost or damage (direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise) suffered by you as a result of your use of the Site or from any computer virus transmitted through the Site, or other sites accessed from this Site, whether such loss, cost or damage arises from our negligence or otherwise and even if we are expressly informed of the possibility of such loss or damage. Furthermore, MyPetSitting shall have no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect injury or damages arising in connection with your use of this Site, including without limitation any physical injury suffered caused by any listed pet or at the hands or by the negligence of any member or other person, and any damages or injuries caused to your pet(s).
MyPetSitting shall not be liable for any lost profits, losses, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any claim against MyPetSitting by any other party. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall MyPetSitting, its suppliers and its third-party agents be liable to you for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages even if MyPetSitting has been advised specifically of the possibility of such damages, arising from use of or inability to use the exchange service or any links or items on the service or any provision of the terms of service.
Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall MyPetSitting be liable for any amount in excess of the membership fees paid by the member. The MyPetSitting network is based on mutual trust. MyPetSitting does not verify the existence or content of any listing and does not guarantee an exchange of any kind. MyPetSitting is not responsible for the accuracy of the listings or the actions of members, and claims no responsibility for the accuracy, content, or availability of information accessed or linked to through use of this service. Our Site holds information provided by third parties, as texts, images, plans, links, etc. MyPetSitting holds the right but not the responsibility or the obligation to verify such information provided by third parties, before its publication online. MyPetSitting works on publishing correct information provided by third parties but offers no guarantee about information and content accessible on our Site, in particular its truthfulness, reliability, integrity or actuality. Information published on our Site is under no circumstances an invitation from MyPetSitting to make an offer, nor a recommendation or an offer to proceed to a transaction.
MyPetSitting has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by MyPetSitting.
13. CONTENT OF THE SITE
Information on the Site may be modified at any moment without any prior notice. All rights for all material and content (including, but not limited to text, images, web pages, sound, software (including, code, interface and website structure) and video, (including the look and feel, design and compilation thereof) on this Site are owned by us or our licensors. You agree that you are permitted to use this material and or content only as set out in these Terms & Conditions or as otherwise expressly authorized in writing by us or our licensors, and that you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, distribute, commercially exploit, adapt, translate, modify, bundle, merge, share or make available to any person, or create derivative works of such material or content. All content within this Site, including information in each listing, is exclusively available to members, registered users or non-registered guests of this Site for the express purpose of consulting or inserting classified ads, or arranging direct service exchanges between members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. This Site is a service of a private membership organization, and information contained herein is private and not in the public domain. You may not use any content from this Site for any solicitations, or for any commercial use. Data mining of information from this Site, and collecting or storing personal information about members, is prohibited.
Email correspondence is for the purposes of arranging services between users of the Site. Initial contact is limited to using the supplied contact forms on the Site. Any attempt to collect email addresses from other users and email individual users or groups of users for any purpose other than arranging a personal service under the auspices of MyPetSitting and during the period of valid membership or registration is in violation of these Terms & Conditions and is subject to suspension or expulsion from the Site. Any violation of this paragraph shall subject the violator to severe penalties.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE SITE
MyPetSitting is the owner and/or authorized user of all trademarks, service marks, design marks, patents, copyrights, database rights and all other intellectual property appearing on or contained within the Site, unless otherwise indicated. Except as provided in these Terms & Conditions, the use of the Site does not grant you any right, title, interest or license to any such intellectual property you may access on the Site. You may view the Site and you are welcome to: print hard copies of material, distribute material on it via the 'email', 'link', 'download' and 'embed' functionality on the Site, but solely for your lawful, personal, non-commercial use. Except as provided in these Terms & Conditions, any other use or reproduction of the intellectual property is prohibited.
15. ACCEPTABLE USAGE POLICY
The opinions, advice, statements, offers or other information or content made available through this Site are not necessarily ours. Any statements, advice and opinions made by other participants are those of such participants only. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on this Site, and we neither adopt nor endorse, nor assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by any party other than us.
Under no circumstances are we responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any person's reliance on information or other content posted on the Site or transmitted to members. We do not exercise editorial control over the content of any third party sites, electronic mail transmission, text message or other material created or accessible over or through the Site. As a result, you may be exposed to content on the Site accessible over or through the Site that you find offensive or objectionable.
Due to the global nature of the Internet, users hereby agree to comply with all local rules regarding on-line conduct and acceptable content. Users also agree to comply with any applicable rules regarding the export of any data from any country.
16. SAFETY FROM VIRUSES OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND USE
Unfortunately, we are unable to warrant that the Site will be free from viruses. Although we take all available steps to secure the Site, you acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium and we make no warranties, express or implied, that any information or materials you post on or transmit through the Site will be totally safe from unauthorized access or use.
17. USER INFORMATION
In the course of your use of the Site, you may be asked to provide personal information to us (such information referred to hereinafter as "User Information"). Our information collection and user policies with respect to such User Information are set forth in the Site Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated in these Terms & Conditions by reference. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of the User Information.
18. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS
18.1 You have sole responsibility when interacting with other Members or Site’s users. Our Services provide a platform for users to learn about one another, arrange services and communicate with one another. MyPetSitting is not a party to, has no involvement or interest in, makes no representations or warranties as to, and has no responsibility or liability with respect to any communications, transactions, interactions, disputes or any relations whatsoever between you and any other Site’s user, person or organization. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of our Services. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor interactions between you and other users of our Services. Remember, the MyPetSitting Services are just a platform that enable you to communicate and interact with other people. We cannot be responsible for the interactions that you have with other MyPetSitting users, so please use good judgment and keep safety in mind when you use our Services.
18.2 Identity Verification. We cannot and do not confirm each member’s identity. Although we provide tools intended to assist with identity verification, such as our address verification tool, you are solely responsible for determining the identity and suitability of others with whom you may interact through our Services. MyPetSitting does not represent or warrant that our tools are sufficient to determine whether it is appropriate for you to interact with another Site’s user. Further, we do not endorse any persons who use or register for our Services. We do not investigate or verify any member’s reputation, conduct, morality, criminal background, or any information members may submit to the Services (other than the address-verification tool). We encourage you to take precautions when interacting with other Site’s users, particularly when meeting a stranger in person for the first time.
18.3 Our Address-Verification Tool. Our address verification tool is intended merely to confirm that the postal address a member submits to us is an address at which that member is able to access or receive mail. MyPetSitting’s address verification tool is not intended to confirm that a member actually resides at a particular address. While this is one of many ways to reduce the risk of misconduct, it is not a guarantee of any member’s identity or good faith.
18.4 Release. Because our Services are merely a platform, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more members, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law you release us (and our officers, directors, members, employees, agents and affiliates) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Any disagreements arising from the use of the Site or affiliate web sites must be settled between the parties who directly participated in the exchange or the transaction. MyPetSitting cannot be held responsible for any events that occur as a result of any Service that is or was listed on the Site. MyPetSitting may offer to mediate disagreements between users without assuming any responsibility for subsequent resolution or failure to resolve. MyPetSitting may terminate or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the profiles of any users involved in an unresolved disagreement. No refunds will be provided in the event of such suspension or termination.
19. LINKS FROM AND TO THE SITE
You acknowledge and agree that we have no responsibility for the information provided by Web sites to which you may link from this Site ("Linked Sites"). Links to Linked Sites do not constitute an endorsement by or association with us of such sites or the content, products, advertising or other materials presented on such sites. We have no control over these Linked Sites and do not edit or monitor them. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss or cost caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such Linked Sites.
20. THIRD PARTY GOODS, SERVICES AND TERMS
We do not vouch for those persons, companies and other organizations whose goods or services may be accessed or displayed through or on the Site, by way of Linked Sites or other. MyPetSitting may offer the opportunity to purchase products and services from third parties. You acknowledge that such products and services are offered and sold to you by one or more third parties. 21. INDEMNITY
You will indemnify us against any loss, damage or cost incurred by us arising out of your use of the Site, any of its services or any information accessible over or through the Site, including information obtained from linked sites, your submission or transmission of information or material on or through the Site or the violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other laws, regulations and rules by you or anyone using your computer (or account, where applicable). Specifically, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPetSitting, its officers, directors, owners, and agents, from any injury or damage suffered directly or indirectly as a result of your use of MyPetSitting Services, including but not limited to (i) any claims for injury or damage to person, property or pet arising from a pet a user owns, (ii) any claims for injury or damage to person, property or pet arising from a service exchange transaction, (iii) a claim that any use of the exchange service by users or someone using their computer (or account, where applicable) infringes any property right of any third party, (iv) any misrepresentation by users, or (v) any breach of any agreement to be performed by users. You agree to pay any and all costs, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by or in connection with or arising from any such claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such claim. You will also indemnify against any claims that information or material which you have submitted to us is in violation of any law or in breach of any third party rights (including, but not limited to, claims in respect of defamation, invasion of privacy, breach of confidence, infringement of copyright or infringement of any other intellectual property right). We reserve the right to exclusively defend and control any claims arising from the above and any such indemnification matters and that you will fully cooperate with us in any such defenses.
22. ANTI-SPAM POLICY
MyPetSitting does not participate in or tolerate the sending of unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). MyPetSitting reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member or user’s account, that mentions MyPetSitting or any of its associated websites, URLs, or any associated MyPetSitting email address in any SPAM e-mail message. In addition, MyPetSitting reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member or user’s account that uses MyPetSitting to send any solicitations other than personal services requests or replies.
23. RESTRICTION, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
MyPetSitting reserves the right to cancel any user’s account at our sole discretion for any reason, including misuse of the Site, any action we feel compromises the security of the Site, any action that adversely affects other members or their pets, or any action we feel is detrimental to MyPetSitting. If any information provided by you is found to be grossly misrepresented, or should your listing or actions be in violation of any law, we reserve the right to remove, at our discretion, your listing at any time, and/or to terminate your access to the Site, without refund. We may also restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Site and/or your ability to avail of any of the services on the Site, if we believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions or our posted Privacy Policy at any time. Any such restriction, suspension or termination will be without prejudice to any rights which we may have against you in respect of your breach of these Terms & Conditions. We may also remove the Site as a whole or any sections or features of the Site at any time. Please note that we have the ability to trace your IP address and if necessary contact your ISP in the event of a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to its subject matter and supersedes any and all prior promises, representations, agreements, statements and understandings whatsoever between us. To the extent that software is available through the Site, such software may be subject to a license agreement that is distributed or included with such software, and you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of any such license agreements. The failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms & Conditions is found by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the Court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
25. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and any matter relating to this Site, shall be governed by Swiss law and any legal action will be brought exclusively to Lausanne, Switzerland.

When you access or use our Services, we may also automatically collect information about you, including: Location Information: We may collect information about your location each time you access or use our mobile application or website, or otherwise consent to the collection of this information.
5.3. Device Information
We collect device-specific information when you access our Services, including your hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information and information about the device’s interaction with our Services.
5.4. Log Information

Your contact information (last name, e-mail, address and telephone number) is never made available to other members, users or visitors, you can choose to provide them with this information yourself, should you wish to do so.

We may use your personal information in order to communicate with you about our products and services and those of our subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies and any of their related businesses. By accepting the Privacy Policy on registration, you expressly accept to receive information about MyPetSitting news and promotions. You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe whenever we communicate with you, and you may unsubscribe from such communications at any time.
7.4. Marketing analysis
We may use information for internal marketing analysis. We may also share non-personal information with others, in aggregate anonymous form, which means that the information will not contain any personally identifiable information about you.
7.5. Third party offers
We may arrange for carefully selected organizations to send you marketing and promotional information that may be of interest to you. We may transfer your personal information to third parties under confidentiality obligations when the performance of any service in relation to the activities above is sub-contracted (e.g. the administration of a marketing campaign).
7.10. Legal purposes

7.11. Information storage
For the purpose of services and members quality, we keep information about profiles and Services related activities for the entire duration of a MyPetSitting membership or registration. After a member or registered user’s termination, we keep that information during the following five years, so in case you reactivate your profile on MyPetSitting, you can retrieve that information. That procedure allows you to find all past contacts, exchanges and information in general, as well as allowing other members to view your full and accurate services or ads history on the Site. After five years of inactivity on our Site, a profile’s information is permanently cancelled from our data records.
8. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not share information about you with outside parties except as described below or elsewhere in this Privacy Policy:
• With your consent, including if we notify you through our Services that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you subsequently agree to provide such information;

10. ADVERTISING
We want the ads you see on MyPetSitting to be as interesting and useful to you as possible. To decide which ads to show you, we use information about you from your account and profile (ex: your age, your gender, your location, your pets and the devices you use to access MyPetSitting). Our partner businesses create their ads and they choose the type of audience they'd like to reach. If you're in that audience, we show you that ad.

The Site may contain links or references to other websites outside of our control. Please be aware that we have no control over these sites and this Privacy Statement does not apply to them.
